Gbs Impex Hyderabad is seeking a graduate with 4 to 6 years of experience in export operations to coordinate customs clearance and manage CHA relationships. The role requires strong knowledge of Indian customs procedures, ICEGATE portals and Incoterms, and experience with FCL, LCL, and air shipments.

Proficiency in MS Excel is preferred. The candidate will document exports, track shipments, handle IGST refunds and RoDTEP claims, and liaise with buyers to resolve queries, ensuring timely delivery

• Appoint and manage Customs House Agents (CHAs), and monitor their clearance timelines and charges.
• Negotiate freight rates with forwarders and shipping lines, book shipments, and track ETD and ETA.
• Prepare and verify export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading, insurance and product certificates.
• Track IGST refunds, RoDTEP claims and eBRC generation.
• Resolve shipment delays, document discrepancies and buyer queries.
• Maintain the export tracking sheet and report shipment status to management.
