Job summary

TP is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in Mohali to develop recruitment strategies and build strong relationships with hiring managers. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and overseeing the full lifecycle from contact to onboarding.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.
