Job summary

TP is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead in India to steer a high-performing recruitment team, design effective hiring strategies, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will oversee interviews, candidate assessments, and recruitment metrics to optimize processes, manage job postings, and ensure timely hiring in a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires leadership, analytical thinking, and a track record of delivering quality hires.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with international teams or clients is an advantage.
