Job summary

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring activities and support talent acquisition for our Calicut headquarters. You will source candidates via portals, social networks, and referrals; handle bulk hiring; screen applicants; coordinate interviews and background checks; maintain recruitment MIS and deliver timely hiring reports to stakeholders.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
