Responsibilities

• Execute short-term plans to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs.
• Participate in the partnership between organization and TA partners.
• Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs, etc.
• Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, conduct root‑cause analysis, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements aligned with client/company goals to hire the best talent from the market.
• Maintain highest level of integrity, honesty, and reliability ownership.
• Play the role of an entry-level recruiter responsible for overall hiring for one HC vertical.
