Qualifications

Your role will involve providing strategic HR guidance, fostering employee engagement, and implementing talent management initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior management and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and HR needs.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business units' operations, objectives, and strategic direction to align HR strategies and initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and influence decision-making processes related to human capital management.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
• Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide guidance on employee retention strategies and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
• Implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events.
• Address employee concerns and inquiries, escalating complex issues to HRBPs or higher-level management when necessary.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions to resolve employee relations issues.
• Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes.
• Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
• Get involved in retention discussions with employees on an everyday basis.
