Roles & Responsibilities

• He/she will be responsible for overall hiring for one HC vertical and will play the role of an entry level recruiter.
• Execute short term plan to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs.
• Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners.
• Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc.
• Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, root‑cause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market.
• Maintain highest level of integrity, honesty and reliability ownership.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different role.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Excellent in MS Office.
