Job description

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and business‑unit managers to understand their strategic goals, challenges, and HR needs.
  • Collaborate with business units to align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives and direction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and influencing decision‑making processes.
  • Work with business leaders to identify critical skills and competencies required for success and develop strategies to address talent gaps.
  • Guide and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration sessions, and career development plans.
  • Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and legal regulations.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition programs, and employee events.
  • Promote a positive work culture by fostering diversity and inclusion, employee well‑being, and work‑life balance.
  • Oversee effective communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
