Semolina Kitchens in Mumbai is seeking a high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive non-IT sourcing and end-to-end hiring. You will lead candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination to build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Non IT sourcing/hiring.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, ownership mindset, time-management and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates through job boards, social networks and referrals.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screens, and coordinate structured interviews with hiring teams.
• Offer Management: Manage job offers and negotiations.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, prepare MIS reports and analyze trends in the recruitment process.

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Find active and passive candidates through job boards, social media networks (like LinkedIn), employee referrals, and resume databases.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate structured interviews with hiring teams.
• Offer Management
• Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) and maintain accurate data. Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track progress and analyse trends in the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in Non IT related Sourcing/Hiring
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office(MS Excel /Powerpoint)
