Job summary

ScopeHR Consultancy Services in Mumbai is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive for the USA Import Customer Service role in Marol. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding and USA import shipments, with strong knowledge of ISF, AMS, and US customs clearance.

You will coordinate with steamship lines, customers, truckers, and overseas agents to ensure timely shipment execution, handle HBL/MBL documentation, and maintain excellent communication with USA clients.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• Hands-on USA Import Customer Service experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISF, AMS, HBL, MBL and USA customs clearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end USA Import Customer Service activities.
• Coordinate with steamship lines, customers, truckers and internal teams.
• Prepare and coordinate HBL & MBL documentation.
• Coordinate with USA customers and provide regular shipment updates.
• Coordinate with USA Truckers for container pickup and delivery.
• Liaise with overseas agents, customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and import regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end USA Import Customer Service activities.
• Handle ISF, AMS, and USA Customs Clearance requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate HBL & MBL documentation.
• Coordinate with USA customers and provide regular shipment updates.
• Coordinate with USA Truckers for container pickup and delivery.
• Liaise with overseas agents, customs brokers, shipping lines, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
