• Process Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transporters, and customers.
• Track shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Ensure documentation complies with customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
• Resolve customer queries and service-related issues promptly.
• Maintain shipment records, documentation, and operational MIS.
• Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and maintain service quality standards.
