Job summary

Multiverse Exim is seeking an experienced customer service professional to handle end-to-end import/export shipments. You will provide timely updates on bookings, ETD/ETA, status, delays and delivery, while coordinating with shipping lines, airlines and overseas agents.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in freight forwarding, strong communication skills, and is from a freight forwarding company. This role requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high SLA

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience in freight forwarding
• Strong exposure to ocean and/or air freight
• Knowledge of FCL/LCL, import/export and international freight processes
• Experience coordinating with shipping lines, airlines and overseas agents
• Strong communication, customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• Candidates from freight forwarding companies only

Responsibilities

• Handle customers and coordinate import/export shipments end-to-end.

• Proactively resolve shipment issues and ensure SLA/TAT and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and follow up until closure.
