The candidate will coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and CHA to ensure smooth shipment execution and timely cargo movement. Graduate with 3–7 years experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Procure freight rates and prepare competitive quotations for customers.
• Handle Ocean Import & Export shipment operations and booking activities.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, overseas agents, and transporters for shipment execution.
• Arrange shipment bookings and ensure timely confirmations from shipping lines.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, SI, DO, invoice, packing list, etc.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers.
• Coordinate with customers for shipment schedules, documentation, & delivery status.
• Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and maintenance of shipment records.
• Follow up for shipment status, vessel schedules, and cargo movement; maintain service quality and timely resolution of queries.
