IndiHire Pvt Ltd. in Delhi is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to handle multiple mandates, meet aggressive hiring targets, and drive timely closure of positions.

You will source candidates through Naukri and LinkedIn, manage the full lifecycle, maintain ATS/MIS, and stay ahead of market insights to improve delivery efficiency. On-site role with immediate joining possible.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred; 2–6 years recruiting experience in non-tech industries.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with bulk hiring; exposure to sales is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure.
• Independently source candidates via Naukri and LinkedIn while closing critical roles.
• Maintain ATS and MIS, monitor market insights, and improve delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure.
• Independently source candidates through job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, while managing and closing assigned critical positions.

2. Database & Reporting

• Maintain accurate updates in ATS, Trackers for superb MIS.
• Stay updated with industry trends and talent market insights.
• Improve recruitment strategies to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Education, Experience & Knowledge

• MBA is preferred.
• 2-6 years of recruiting experience is a must in non-tech industry.
• Extensive exposure to Sales and bulk hiring would be a big plus.
• Must possess excellent communication, analytical skills.
