Orbitouch Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd (OrbiTouch HR) is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sr Associate) to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a full‑time role.

Location: Tilak Nagar, near Metro Tilak Nagar, India.

Experience: 1–5 years.

Compensation: Up to 3 LPA, dependent on interview.

Responsibilities

• Manage full hiring cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, pre‑screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Utilize job portals (Naukri, Times, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, etc.) for sourcing.
• Screen resumes and handle end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Conduct in‑person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Follow up on interview process status.
• Create and maintain a tracker sheet for regular record keeping.

Skills

• Well‑versed in candidate handling.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
