Job summary

Collabera is seeking an Executive - Learning & Development in Vadodara, Gujarat for onsite operation, with US shift/night shift. The role focuses on designing and delivering technical training, onboarding, and AI-enabled learning initiatives to build workforce capability.

The ideal candidate has 1-4 years in Learning & Development, preferably from staffing/IT services, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex tech into practical learning.

Qualifications

Designation: Executive - Learning & Development

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite Only)

Shift Timings: US shift/Night Shift

Work Experience: 1-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Technical & Capability Building: Design and deliver technical / functional training programs
• Support onboarding, refresher, and upskilling initiatives: Partner with SMEs to build structured learning journeys and support capability-building initiatives aligned to business requirements.
• AI-Enabled Learning: Drive AI adoption through practical business use-cases, conduct learning interventions around-ChatGPT and Copilot Prompt engineering AI productivity workflows. Build AI-driven microlearning and scalable learning assets.
• TNI / TNA & Program Management: Conduct TNI/TNA aligned to business goals own end-to-end learning programs:
• Planning, coordination, execution, tracking & reporting and maintaining learning dashboards, trackers, and metrics.

Must Have Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development
• Staffing or IT Services background preferred
• Strong understanding of Software Development ecosystem and technical concepts
• Experience in technical / functional capability-building programs
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and platforms such as: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflows
• Experience conducting: TNI (Training Need Identification) TNA (Training Need Analysis)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into practical learning
• Strong execution and ownership mindset.

Preferred Skills :

• Technical candidates with staffing experience preferred
