• 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
• IT Services background preferred.
• Strong understanding of Software Development ecosystem and technical concepts.
• Experience in technical / functional capability-building programs.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools and platforms such as: ChatGPT Microsoft Copilot Prompt engineering AI-enabled workflows
• Experience conducting: TNI (Training Need Identification) TNA (Training Need Analysis).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into practical learning.
• Strong execution and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Shift Timings: US shift/Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical & Capability Building: Design and deliver technical / functional training programs
• Support onboarding, refresher, and upskilling initiatives
• Partner with SMEs to build structured learning journeys
• Support capability-building initiatives aligned to business requirements.
• AI-Enabled Learning: Drive AI adoption through practical business use-cases Conduct learning interventions around: ChatGPT Copilot Prompt engineering AI productivity workflows Build AI-driven microlearning and scalable learning assets.
• TNI / TNA & Program Management: Conduct TNI/TNA aligned to business goals Own end-to-end learning programs:
• Planning Coordination Execution Tracking & reporting Maintain learning dashboards, trackers, and metrics

Must Have Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Learning & Development
