As an Apprentice Trainee in the Learning & Development (L&D) team, you will play a key role in supporting Learning Partners with stakeholder engagement and the coordination of administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning, highly organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate L&D operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Learning Partners in managing internal and external stakeholder communications.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
Maintain and update training calendars, attendance records, and feedback forms.
Support the preparation of training materials, presentations, and reports.
Help track learning metrics and compile data for analysis and reporting.
Manage logistics for virtual and in-person training events.
Provide administrative support for learning platforms and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of L&D initiatives.

Must Have:

Good Communication skills (both written as well as spoken).
Learning Attitude – must showcase the hunger to learn and grow.
Flexibility – shouldn’t be rigid about location, technology etc.
Should be willing to comply with all the organizational policies.
Must comply with mandatory work from office 5 days a week.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be an Graduate/ bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field passed out in 2021, 2022,2023,2024 and 2025 batch only.
Candidates must have completed Education for related courses passed out from any institute approved by AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Govt.
Candidate must have passing degree certificate.
Any certification/specialization would be an added advantage.
Must not be registered on the NATS portal with any other organization or should have NOT worked as an Apprentice in Past.
