Delta DigiTech Pvt. Ltd. in Pune invites an IT Support Executive to handle desktop and laptop support, printers, software, and user issues at HO and project sites.

You will manage LAN/WAN basics, Wi‑Fi, VPN, internet and network troubleshooting, assist with ERP/HRMS, IT assets, licenses and documentation, and coordinate with vendors and service providers. The role also covers cybersecurity basics and setup for new project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, and user issues.
• Manage basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, and network troubleshooting.
• Support IT infrastructure at project sites and HO.
• Assist with ERP/HRMS and business application support.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory, licenses, and documentation.
• Support CCTV, access control, telecom, and other IT systems.
• Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, AMC partners, and service providers.
• Support antivirus, backups, access controls, and basic cybersecurity activities.
• Assist in IT setup for new project sites.
