Job summary

Kudu Knit Process in Ludhiana is seeking a proactive IT professional to manage and support the company’s network infrastructure, security, CCTV surveillance, and end-user IT needs. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, configure firewalls, manage network connectivity, and maintain documentation.

The role involves hands-on work with LAN/WAN, firewall configurations (Sophos/Nebero), CCTV software (Hik-Connect, IVMS-4200) and Panasonic PABX systems, along with Windows OS and ERP client

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet and network hardware.
• Configure and troubleshoot Sophos and Nebero firewalls for security and policy control.
• Provide IT support, diagnose hardware/software issues, and repair peripherals.
• Set up and monitor CCTV with Hik-Connect and IVMS-4200; handle Panasonic PABX intercom systems.
• Support Windows OS and ERP client management including Autocad.

Job description

Role & responsibilities -

• Networking & Connectivity : LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Hardware Hubs, Network Switches and RF Link Connectivity.
• Network Security (Firewalls) : Proficient in configuring, managing and troubleshooting Sophos and Nebero firewalls for network security, bandwidth control and policy management.
• IT Support & Hardware Maintenance : Comprehensive background in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, peripherals and software issues.
• Surveillance & Telephony Systems : Hands on experience with CCTV setup , monitoring software (Hik - Connect, IVMS-4200), and Panasonic PABX (KX- TES824) intercom systems.
• Operating Systems & Application : Windows XP/7/8/10/11, Windows Server (2012,2016,2019) ERP client management and Autocad
