Job summary

Pegasus Corporate Solution is seeking a specialist to oversee contract labour management, ensure compliance with labour laws, and maintain required records and licenses. The role covers end-to-end lifecycle, onboarding, deployment, and exit formalities for contract workers.

You will coordinate with manpower contractors to meet production needs, verify licenses and statutory registrations, monitor attendance and wage sheets, and ensure timely, fair payments while keeping audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing contract labour lifecycle including onboarding, deployment and exit.
• Knowledge of labour laws such as Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages, PF, ESIC, Bonus, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract labour lifecycle including vendor onboarding, documentation, deployment, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with manpower contractors to ensure timely availability of workforce as per business and production requirements.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws such as Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages, PF, ESIC, Bonus and other statutory regulations.
• Verify contractor licenses, statutory registrations, and maintain compliance records and audit readiness.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, shift allocation, and verify wage sheets and contractor invoices before payment processing.
• Select reliable contractors and define clear terms of engagement.
• Track attendance, control headcount, and prevent unauthorized workers.
• Ensure timely, fair payment of wages and verify contractor compliance.
• Provide safety gear, training, and access to basic amenities.
• Conduct compliance checks and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle smooth offboarding and quick replacement of workers.
• Offer basic job training and site orientation.
