Role & responsibilities

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage joining formalities, background verification, orientation, and full-and-final settlements.


• Data & HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee records, update databases, and handle HR Information Systems (HRIS).


• Payroll & Attendance: Track attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll inputs with finance.


• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local statutory compliances and labor laws.


• Employee Support: Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and pay
