Job summary

Allcargo Logistics in Pune seeks an experienced HR Operations & IR professional to manage bulk hiring, payroll, attendance, and compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of labour laws, HRMS proficiency, and solid stakeholder management.

You will oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and engagement initiatives, while ensuring statutory compliance and timely reporting. A collaborative, process-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations & IR.
• Knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance.
• Strong Excel & HRMS skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage bulk hiring and de-hiring based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with manpower vendors for timely availability of workforce.
• Oversee attendance management through biometric systems / reports.
• Verify and process monthly payroll inputs in coordination with the central HR/payroll team.
• Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and communication forums.
• Conduct induction, open house, and monthly feedback sessions to strengthen employee connect.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support in maintaining healthy IR climate at the site.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate for statutory audits and maintain up-to-date records and registers.
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports such as manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and disciplinary incidents.
• Provide analytical insights for decision-making and process improvement
