Job summary

Asoj Soft Caps in Vadodara seeks an HR professional to ensure compliance with labour laws (Contract Labour Act, Factory Act), manage industrial relations, Labour Welfare Fund, manpower planning and time office tasks.

You will handle employee grievances, conduct audits for statutory compliance, support contract labour recruitment, training and deployment, and maintain attendance, leave, payroll records and other HR activities.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure statutory compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support in managing contract labor force by ensuring timely recruitment, training, and deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and other HR-related activities.
