Job summary

Topgear Consultants is seeking a professional to manage contract labour and ensure compliance within a manufacturing setup. This role involves handling attendance, wages, manpower records, CLRA compliance, and documentation of labour laws.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in contract labour management, with familiarity in PF/ESI and CLRA to maintain statutory registers and returns accurately.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Contract Labour Management & Statutory Compliance.
• Plant/Factory/Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI and CLRA.
