EXG Third Party Logistics LLP is seeking an HR Executive to manage attendance, shift schedules and payroll inputs for warehouse staff, while coordinating with third-party staffing suppliers. The role supports recruitment, inductions, and employee queries, ensuring statutory records are maintained.

The candidate will handle attendance verification, records maintenance, and HR administration, contributing to smooth operations across the logistics workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• At least 1+ years’ experience handling HR functions (logistics background preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software.

Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, shift schedules, leave, and manpower deployment for warehouse staff.
• Coordinate daily manpower requirements with third-party staffing suppliers.
• Verify attendance and provide inputs for payroll and overtime processing.
• Maintain employee and contract worker records.
• Support recruitment, joining, induction, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate workplace issue resolutions.
• Ensure required statutory and employee documents are maintained.
• Monitor housekeeping, security, transport, and other warehouse admin services.
• Coordinate with teams on HR and administrative matters.
• Prepare basic manpower and attendance reports for management.

The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for EXG Third Party Logistics LLP. They are responsible for sourcing talents and handling end to end attendance and compliance management of the staff members. They will be the first point of contact for queries raised by the staff members
