Job summary

Express Global Logistics is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage HR tasks for EXG Third Party Logistics LLP. The role focuses on sourcing talent and handling end-to-end attendance and compliance across staff, serving as the first point of contact for staff queries.

The candidate will source both blue-collar and white-collar staff, coordinate interviews and travel, ensure JD alignment, maintain attendance data, and support compliance and staff training initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in handling HR function.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with HRMS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Able to source blue collar and white-collar employees.
• Coordinate with team for scheduling interviews.
• Arrange accommodation and travel tickets for blue collar team.
• Coordinate with Site Manager/HR for JD understanding for recruitment.
• Update daily attendance from manual punches and synchronize with client database.
• Check compliance documents and submit to clients for verification.
• Initiate reward & recognition programs and communicate winners organization-wide.
• Provide HRMS training to staff as needed.

The Human Resources Executive manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for EXG Third Party Logistics LLP. He/she is responsible for sourcing talents and handling end to end attendance and compliance management of the staff members. He/She will be the first point of contact for queries raised by the staff members

Roles and Responsibilities

• Able to source blue collar and white-collar employees
• Coordinate with team for scheduling interviews
• Able to find the accommodation and book the travel tickets for blue collar team
• Coordinate with Site Manager/HR for understanding the JD for recruitment.
• Update and find the gap of daily attendance as per manual and punching and get the same updated in Customer Database.
• Compliance Documents checking and submit the same to the clients for checking.
• Initiate Monthly/quarterly and Annual Reward & Recognition program and communicate the winner details on an organization level
• Provide time to time HRMS training to the staff

Requirements

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• Work Experience:At least 2-3 years’ experience in handling HR function
