Job summary

Sami Sabinsa Group is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive - Commercial / Export Documentation in Hyderabad. The role targets 3-8 years of experience in freight, logistics, and export documentation, with graduation as a minimum education.

You will coordinate with freight forwarders, prepare essential documents, and ensure IGCR and customs compliance. Responsibilities include managing EOU job work, bond registers, GST refunds, and liaison with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in export documentation and customs processes.
• Any graduation is acceptable, candidates with relevant exposure are preferred.
• Strong coordination with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping lines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHAs for quotations, rate negotiations, bookings, and clearance.
• Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documents.
• Manage EOU job work permissions, inter-unit transfers, and related documentation.
• File IGCR-1 and IGCR-2 returns via ICEGATE and monitor duty benefits.
• Maintain B-17 bonds, bond registers, and ensure customs compliance.
• Prepare monthly/annual EOU reports and follow up on export benefits and GST refunds.
• Maintain statutory registers for materials, stock, and bond balances.
• Manage licenses, quotas, renewals, and transport passes for alcohol products.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely operations and cost control.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Freight & Logistics: Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and CHAs for freight quotations, cost comparisons, rate negotiations, shipment bookings, and timely clearance.
2. Import & Export Documentation: Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, and e-Way Bills.
3. EOU & Job Work: Manage EOU job work permissions, inter-unit transfers, subcontracting, and related documentation.
4. IGCR Compliance: File IGCR-1 notifications and monthly IGCR-2 returns through ICEGATE and track duty benefits and material utilization.
5. Customs & Bond Management: Maintain B-17 Bonds, bond registers, re-warehousing records, and ensure EOU and Customs compliance.
6. Reports & Export Benefits: Prepare monthly and annual EOU reports and follow up on export documents, duty drawback, and GST refunds.
7. Statutory Registers: Maintain records of raw materials, finished goods, stock, bond balances, and scrap.
8. Excise & Alcohol Management: Manage licenses, permissions, quotas, renewals, and transport passes for Absolute Alcohol and Ethanol/RS-III.
9. General Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely operations, cost control, and statutory compliance.
