Job summary

Sresta Natural Bioproducts Private Limited, trading as 24 Mantra Organic, seeks a detail-oriented export logistics professional in Hyderabad to manage shipments and documentation for international orders.

You will coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters, maintain compliance, and support factory dispatch, warehousing, and timely cargo movement through accurate records and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in export logistics or international logistics, with freight operations.
• Hands-on CHA, freight forwarder, and transporter coordination.
• Knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance processes.
• Experience with container stuffing and factory dispatch coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or shipment tracking tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments, freight bookings, and schedules with CHAs and forwarders.
• Manage export documentation: invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, B/Ls, COOs.
• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and dispatch for container stuffing.
• Track shipment milestones and resolve delays.
• Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, and partners for cargo movement.
• Maintain shipment records, compliance docs, and logistics reports.
• Ensure adherence to export regulations and timelines.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage export logistics, shipment coordination, and export documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience coordinating with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHAs), transporters, and factory operations teams to ensure smooth and timely export execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments, freight bookings, and shipment schedules with CHAs and freight forwarders.
• Manage export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with factory, warehouse, and dispatch teams for container placement, stuffing, and shipment readiness.
• Track shipment milestones and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
• Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Maintain shipment records, compliance documentation, and periodic logistics reports.
• Ensure adherence to export regulations, documentation requirements, and shipment timelines.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in export logistics, international logistics, freight operations, or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with CHAs, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance processes.
• Exposure to container stuffing and factory dispatch coordination is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems or shipment tracking tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or MBA / PGDM in International Business or a related field preferred.
