Advanced Enzyme Technologies in India seeks a detail-oriented export specialist to handle end-to-end export documentation, shipment coordination, customs clearance, and banking paperwork to ensure timely execution of international orders.

You will coordinate with Planning, Production, Procurement and Supply Chain teams, liaise with CHA and freight forwarders, maintain records of shipments, and prepare MIS and performance reports for management.

Formación

• Graduate in Commerce, International Business, Logistics or related field.
• Certification in Foreign Trade or Export-Import Management is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage export documentation and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, customs clearance and banking documentation.
• Maintain records of export shipments and duty drawback schemes.
• Liaise with CHA, air-shipping lines and freight forwards for clearance.
• Prepare MIS/Performance Reports and vendor payments.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for managing export documentation, shipment coordination, logistics, customs clearance/documentation, banking documentation, and compliance to ensure timely and accurate execution of international export orders.
• Preparation of export Documentation (pre and post) for customs clearance of export Shipments to maintain the record of shipments.
• Making of sample invoices for overseas consignments.
• Handle Export Clearances and other export Activities
• Inter Departmental Co-ordination with Planning, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Business Teams for export order executions
• Customs clearance expedition by continuous follow up with CHA/Air- Shipping Lines/Freight Forwarders etc .
• Proficiently maintain proper record of Export shipments duty drawback schemes.
• Freight negotiations with Forwarding Agents Do the liasioning work, insurance as well as DGFT office work etc
• Daily intimation/communication to stakeholders on clearance status
• Preparation / Maintenance of Statutory Records / Statements
• Preparation of MIS/Performance Reports Vendors bills payments
• Keeping a track for the Bank Realisation Certificates. Preparation of MIS/Performance Reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in Commerce, International Business,
• Logistics, or a related field.
• A certification in Foreign Trade or Export-Import Management is an added advantage.
