The role involves preparing pre- and post-shipment paperwork, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and coordinating with production, freight forwarders, and banks to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate will conduct factory visits for inspection, verify quality, supervise container loading, and maintain meticulous records of all export-related communications

Aufgaben

• Prepare and process pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation.
• Coordinate with the Production team to ensure timely production, dispatch, and delivery of export orders.
• Conduct factory visits for material inspection, quality verification, and container loading supervision.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and destination-country requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and transporters to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Handle export documentation in accordance with applicable Incoterms and shipment requirements.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates on shipment status, schedules, and delivery progress.
• Ensure timely submission of export documents to banks in accordance with banking and trade finance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of export documentation, shipment details, and related correspondence.
