Job summary

Kreon Finnancial Services Limited in Chennai seeks a Collections executive to handle calls in Telugu or Kannada and follow up on overdue accounts. The role requires negotiation of payment plans and resolution of customer queries with empathy and professionalism.

You will track commitments in the CRM, ensure timely collections, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while meeting productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Telugu or Kannada (Mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Collections, Telecollections, or BPO Voice Process.
• Hands-on experience with Dialer/CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership, discipline, and adaptability.
