Qualifications

About the Role

AK & Partners is looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to Director to work closely with the Founding Partners and support them in managing their schedules, meetings, travel and day-to-day requirements.

The ideal candidate should be polished, proactive, discreet and comfortable working closely with senior leadership. The person should be someone who takes ownership, anticipates requirements and ensures that things are handled smoothly without constant supervision.

Required Experience: Minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the Director/Founding Partners.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, including communicating with clients directly.
  • Assist with selected personal tasks and errands as required.
  • Handle confidential information and matters with discretion.
Coordination & Communication
  • Act as a coordination point between the Director/Partners and internal teams including Finance, HR and Business Development.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors and other external stakeholders.
  • Support internal and client-facing events.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication across different stakeholders.
Office & Administrative Support
  • Assist with day-to-day office administration and coordination.
  • Coordinate with office staff and vendors.
  • Support management of office supplies and pantry requirements.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs and other office-related requirements.
  • Track office projects and ensure timely completion.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Administration, Front Office, Hospitality, Guest Relations or similar roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Polished and professional communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
  • Strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive approach and ability to anticipate requirements.
  • Comfortable working from the office six days a week.
