Aero Plast in New Delhi is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and prepare reports to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in executive support, excellent communication, strong multitasking and discretion, and proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or in a similar administrative/coordination role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Gmail, and Google Calendar.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, agendas, meeting rooms, and follow-ups.
  • Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and other communications on behalf of the executive as required.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, meeting notes, and other business documents.
  • Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive business matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Track important tasks, deadlines, and action items and ensure timely follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing management reviews, business meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation, both physical and digital.
  • Support the executive in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
  • Conduct basic research and compile information as required by management.
  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, pending tasks, and other requirements and resolve them where possible.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by senior management.
