Job description

About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO as they lead a growing movement in early childhood education. This role is more than just administrative—you're the quiet engine behind the scenes, ensuring our leaders stay focused, our teams stay aligned, and our mission stays on track. If you’re detail-driven, business-curious, and passionate about helping people thrive, you’ll feel right at home here.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Enjoy
  • Keeping things (and people) organized in a way that supports creativity, collaboration, and connection.
  • Translating chaos into clarity—whether that’s a jam-packed calendar, a cross-functional meeting, or an upcoming presentation.
  • Supporting visionary leaders who are deeply involved in shaping culture, driving strategy, and nurturing teams.
  • Being the “go-to” person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the CEO and COO in their day-to-day activities with foresight, precision, and empathy.
  • Managing calendars and schedules to ensure every meeting, visit, or offsite has intention and impact.
  • Coordinating team and leadership meetings—prepping agendas, taking notes, tracking actions, and following up with kindness and accountability.
  • Collaborating with teams across the organization—academic, operations, finance, and people functions—to keep projects on track and leadership updated.
  • Preparing thoughtful reports and presentations that help tell stories with data, context, and clarity.
  • Assisting the COO with operations, vendor coordination, and process improvement—making sure the engine behind our centers is running smoothly.
  • Handling travel and logistics with the same care you’d take planning a dream vacation— because time and energy matter.
  • Welcoming guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism, embodying the values of our organization at every touchpoint.
  • Keeping things running behind the scenes, from subscription renewals to vendor follow-ups, so that our focus stays on people, not paperwork.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting senior leadership in a high-growth, purpose-led, or creative organization.
  • A genuine interest in business, education, and people development.
  • Strong communication skills—you write and speak clearly, thoughtfully, and professionally.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—you manage details without losing sight of the big picture.
  • A tech-friendly approach—comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Grace under pressure—you stay calm, flexible, and solutions-oriented, even when things shift (as they do).
  • A high degree of discretion and emotional intelligence—you handle sensitive information and relationships with care.
  • A proactive spirit—you anticipate needs before they arise and always bring a can-do mindset.
Why This Role Matters

In early childhood education, every moment counts—and the same is true for leadership. Your work will help amplify the impact of our leadership team, allowing them to stay focused on what matters most: building a better future for children, families, and the educators who guide them every day
