Job summary

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, able to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, assisting in prioritizing and aligning strategic goals.
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives and ensure timely execution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings and external engagements.
  • Optimize the CEO’s schedule by balancing strategic priorities, ensuring effective time management.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and actionable follow-ups.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence with clarity, professionalism, and alignment to brand values.
  • Represent the CEO in certain meetings or engagements when required, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Partner with multiple departments to support initiatives, drive accountability, and remove roadblocks.
  • Take ownership of special projects, conducting research, analyzing data, and delivering insights to inform decision-making.
  • Track progress on key deliverables, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Plan seamless travel itineraries, including meetings, accommodations, and contingencies.
  • Provide real-time support during travel to ensure productivity and minimize disruptions.
  • Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
