Job description

We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to become the operational backbone of our leadership office. This is not an entry point into executive support - it's a role for someone who has already mastered it. You've run a global calendar across time zones, kept a boardroom on schedule and been trusted with information that never leaves the room. We want that expertise working for us. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
