Job summary

Nissin Abc Logistics in Delhi, India, is seeking a detail-oriented Air Import Freight Forwarding Specialist to manage end-to-end import operations from arrival through customs clearance to delivery.

You will prepare and verify import documents, coordinate with airlines, brokers, and customers, monitor shipment status and timelines, and provide timely updates while ensuring accurate records and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate or above.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Air Import / Freight Forwarding.
• Good knowledge of Air Import operations and customs clearance processes.
• Experience in import documentation and shipment coordination.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet timelines.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and email communication.
• Hands-on experience in Air Import Freight Forwarding preferred.
