The Executive – Marketing (Digital) will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of the Group’s digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation through data-driven digital campaigns, content optimisation, paid advertising, and performance analytics across multiple online platforms.
Qualifications and key competencies:
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or a Related Field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role.
- Solid understanding of digital and online marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of website SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and SEO strategy development.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including search and display campaigns and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and data reporting.
- Strong content writing skills for websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and general social media advertising platforms.
- Good understanding of digital marketing strategy, performance tracking, and lead generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of the Group’s digital marketing strategy across all online channels.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns including email marketing (Mailchimp), SEO initiatives, paid advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Identify digital trends, audience insights, and performance data to optimise marketing spend, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Create, manage, and maintain the Group’s social media presence across relevant platforms, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and tone of voice.
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta.
- Write, edit, and optimise high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials to support brand positioning, SEO objectives, and lead generation
- Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other relevant analytics and tracking tools.
- Support the creation and optimisation of content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and marketing materials to enhance search visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Optimise website and social media content in line with SEO best practices and evolving platform algorithms.
- Develop and strengthen the Group’s online presence by growing qualified audiences, followers, and engagement across digital channels.
- Coordinate and support the organisation of marketing events, including webinars, podcasts, and live or hybrid events, from promotion to post-event reporting.
- Ensure all digital communications, marketing materials, and online channels adhere strictly to the Group’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Track, measure, and evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined objectives and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key results, learnings, and optimisation opportunities.
- Perform any other related duties as may be reasonably assigned by the reporting line in support of the Group’s marketing objectives.
