Crypton is seeking a Creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO. You will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in coordination with the marketing team.

The role requires 0–1 year of experience and a foundational understanding of digital marketing channels, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Social Media, Email, SEO, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
• Manage social media platforms by creating and scheduling engaging content
• Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to develop marketing assets
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing

Required Qualifications:

• B.Sc, M.Sc, or MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms
• Experience with SEO tools
• Knowledge of email marketing tools
