Job summary

Mangal Electrical Industries Limited in Jaipur is seeking an Executive – Sales & Marketing (Transformer) to support sales operations, coordinate with customers, and drive business development for transformer products.

You will manage quotations, tender participation, and order execution with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams, while maintaining CRM data and sales MIS to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Preferred background in transformer or electrical industry.
• BE / B.Tech (Electrical) and MBA in Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute sales and marketing activities for transformer products.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial documents.
• Assist in tender participation, documentation, and submissions.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning and Logistics for order execution.
• Track order status, dispatch schedules, and collections.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
• Support field visits, customer meetings and product presentations.
• Maintain sales MIS, CRM data and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.

Role Purpose

The Executive – Sales & Marketing (Transformer) will be responsible for supporting sales operations, customer coordination, business development activities, and execution of sales orders to achieve assigned targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute sales and marketing activities for transformer products
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial documents
• Assist in tender participation, documentation, and submissions

Qualifications & Experience
