Designation: Manager – Sales & Marketing

Location: Jaipur

Role Purpose

The Manager – Sales & Marketing (Transformer) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring successful execution of transformer sales orders while expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for transformer products
• Manage and grow key customer accounts including utilities, EPCs, and industrial clients
• Lead tendering activities, bid strategy, pricing, and negotiations
• Drive order booking, revenue targets, and market share growth
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams for order execution
• Monitor order book, dispatches, collections, and receivables
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Lead customer meetings, business development initiatives, and contract discussions
• Prepare and present sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit controls
• Support branding, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of transformer products and B2B sales
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Experience in handling utility, EPC, and institutional customers
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts and tenders
• Target-driven, analytical, and strategic mindset
• Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
