Job Summary:

We're looking for a mature, systematic, and hands-on Event Management Executive to plan and execute community events, society activations, and sampling drives that build awareness and connect directly with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute on-ground events, including society activations, sampling drives, and awareness sessions.

Handle end-to-end groundwork: venue setup, material arrangement, on-ground execution, and tear down.

Manage manpower planning: identify, hire, and coordinate freelancers, promoters, and volunteers.

Prepare and manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution.

Coordinate logistics: venue bookings, materials, supplies, and team deployment.

Collect leads, customer feedback, and post-event data.

Maintain event calendars, checklists, and basic reports.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in event coordination, brand activations, or community engagement
