Role Description

The Event Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with clients to understand objectives, developing event concepts and timelines, and managing budgets, vendors, venues, and logistics.

• Experience in event planning, project management, and on-ground event operations for corporate or government events.
• Vendor and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, budgeting, and coordination with venues, production teams, and service providers.
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and presentation skills to translate business objectives into event concepts.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple events and tight timelines.
• Knowledge of event production, audiovisual requirements, staging, and branding for conferences, launches, and ceremonies.
• Comfort working on-site during events, including evenings or weekends as required, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with basic office and project management tools; familiarity with event management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience with corporate, government, or real estate events in the Pune region or similar markets is preferred.
