Job summary

SoulSensei is expanding its offline presence through workshops, retreats, and premium wellness experiences. We are seeking an Events & Partnerships lead to drive end-to-end event execution while building venue, vendor, and brand collaborations across India.

The role requires high ownership and strong on-ground delivery. The candidate will work with Marketing, Community, Guides, and Operations teams to plan budgets, track metrics, and ensure premium experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–8 years in event management, agency background preferred.
• Strong network of venues, vendors, and collaborators.
• Experience in sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Ability to execute fast-paced, high-quality events.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• High ownership and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute workshops, retreats, and community events end-to-end
• Manage on-ground operations including setup, ambience, A/V, logistics, registrations, and flow
• Create run sheets, checklists, and contingency plans
• Ensure a seamless, premium event experience
• Handle real-time changes and high-pressure situations
• Manage event inventory and procurement
• Source and finalize venues across Mumbai and other cities
• Conduct recce, negotiate commercials, and build long-term partnerships
• Identify and onboard new vendors aligned with brand requirements
• Track budgets and ensure consistent execution standards

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (flexible as per event schedule)

Experience & Budget:

• Executive: 1-3 years of experience I 3.6 - 4.8 LPA
• Manager: 6-8 years of experience I 9.6 - 10.8 LPA

• Identify and onboard brand partners across wellness, lifestyle, and premium categories
• Drive collaborations for co-hosted events, sponsorships, and gifting
• Build relationships with brand, PR, and marketing teams
• Ensure smooth execution of all partnership deliverables

Project Management & Coordination

• Work closely with Marketing, Community, Guides, and Operations teams
• Manage timelines, budgets, and execution across events
• Track key metrics including attendance, feedback, partner ROI, and costs
