Job summary
Mastersoft Erp Solutions seeks an enthusiastic ERP Implementation Executive / Functional Consultant to join our team in India. This role focuses on ERP consulting, client implementation, business analysis, and enterprise technology, offering opportunities to work across multiple locations.
You will provide onsite support to clients, understand requirements, configure ERP systems, and conduct training and demonstrations to ensure successful go-live and adoption.
Qualifications
- Provide onsite client support during ERP implementation, training, troubleshooting and post-implementation support.
- Understand client requirements and configure the ERP system accordingly.
- Conduct user training, product demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support data migration, system configuration, testing and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth ERP adoption and user experience.

- Provide onsite support to clients and work directly at the clients location during ERP implementation, training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Understand client/institution requirements and configure the ERP system accordingly.
- Conduct user training, product demonstrations, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth ERP adoption and user experience.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Experience in Education / EdTech / ERP / SaaS domains is highly preferred.
