Job summary

Serosoft India, a leading Educational ERP software company, is seeking a Junior Consultant Implementation/Projects. You will manage and deliver ERP implementations for educational institutions, with emphasis on strong functional knowledge and client onboarding.

Responsibilities include workshops, end-to-end project delivery, module configuration, and post-go-live support. Education background in Business/IT/CS and experience in ERP is preferred. Based in Indore, India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline).
• Experience in ERP implementation or project consulting is desirable.
• Strong understanding of business processes and mapping to ERP functionalities.

About the Role

Serosoft India s leading Educational ERP software company, a Deloitte Fast 50 company and ET Growth Champion is looking for a Junior Consultant Implementation/Projects who will be responsible for managing and delivering successful ERP implementations for educational institutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, excellent project execution capabilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure smooth client onboarding and system adoption.

What You ll Do

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand client needs and define functional specifications.
• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk mitigation, and client communication.
• Configure ERP modules based on client-specific business processes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Deliver engaging functional training sessions for stakeholders and end-users, both remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and ensure successful deployments.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and senior management regarding project progress, milestones, and risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Statements of Work (SoWs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and change requests.
• Provide effective post-go-live support to ensure client satisfaction and solution adoption.
• Understand the difference between project-based and product-based delivery models; adapt approaches accordingly.
• Coordinate with the product team to align on client requirements and enhancements during and after implementation.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 0 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, project consulting, or client servicing roles.
• Experience in the education technology domain or enterprise software is highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of business processes with the ability to map them effectively to ERP functionalities.
• Familiarity with MySQL or similar relational databases is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and project documentation tools.
