Job summary

Gamut infosystems seeks an experienced ERP Implementer to map customer requirements to ERP capabilities, interfacing with customer ERP core teams, implementation teams, and managers. The role requires strong ERP consulting, data migration, master data validation, go-live, and post go-live support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of ERP implementation experience, familiarity with multiple ERP systems, and the ability to train end users. Mumbai-based onsite work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems.
• Experience implementing at least 2 ERPs; strong ERP consulting and go-live support.
• Ability to map customer requirements to ERP capabilities; communicate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and software to be implemented.
• Perform GAP analysis and prepare documentation.
• Implement ERP modules across departments and support post go-live.
• Configure client data and manage data migration.

Job Description

A good communication and convincing power, has to communicate with Customer ERP core team, implementing team, Technical consultant and his Manager. Key skill is being able to map the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the ERP system. Strong knowledge in ERP consulting and implementation (Must have exposure on implementing at least 2 ERPs) Functional Testing, Master Data Updating / Migration, Master data validation, Go-live, Post Go-Live Support, Case Log Study and Key-user/End-User Training.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding business process & software which is going to be implemented
• Do the GAP Analysis & documentation
• ERP Implementation and Support of modules across all departments
• Configuring Client Data into system as per client Requirement
• Preparing SOWs
• Training Clients with awareness on ERP System.
• Plan reporting and consolidation for group companies
• Master data verification, correction & validation
• Adjust business process where necessary to accommodate the ERP System
• Educate the users concerning best practices of working
• Data migration
• Testing of ERP
• Post Go Live Support and Handover
• Travel Onsite for Training and Implementation if required

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor and Master degree holders in commerce or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP System

Desired Competencies

• Domain knowledge and functional experience in end to end processes
• Knowledge on Finance and Statutory compliance.
• Should be willing to Travel Onsite immediately post joining.
• Should have own personal laptop from where he can work.
