Job summary

Gamut infosystems in Jaipur is seeking a Functional Consultant with strong process understanding in Materials Management and Supply Chain, and exposure to Finance/Taxation. Prior ERP implementation experience is preferred and travel onsite will be required.

You will map customer requirements to ERP capabilities, perform gap analysis, data migration, testing, go-live support and end-user training. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge and functional experience in end-to-end processes, including Finance and Statutory compliance.
• Willing to travel onsite immediately after joining if required.
• Preference for candidates with ERP selling experience in Real Estate or Infra domain.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and the software being implemented.
• Perform GAP analysis and document findings.
• Lead ERP implementation and provide cross-departmental support.
• Configure client data into the system per requirements.
• Train clients on ERP usage and best practices.
• Plan reporting and consolidation for group companies.
• Verify and validate master data; support data migration.
• Conduct testing and assist go-live activities.
• Provide post go-live support and user handover.
• Travel onsite for training and implementation as needed.

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with good process understanding in the field of Materials Management/ Supply Chain, Accounts/ taxation. Prior experience in implementing any ERP Solution preferred.

About The Role

A good communication and convincing power, has to communicate with Customer ERP core team, implementing team, Technical consultant and his Manager. Key skill is being able to map the requirements of the customer to the capabilities of the ERP system. Strong knowledge in ERP consulting and implementation (Must have exposure on implementing at least 2 ERPs) Functional Testing, Master Data Updating / Migration, Master data validation, Go-live, Post Go-Live Support, Case Log Study and Key-user/End-User Training.

Role & responsibilities

• Understanding business process & software which is going to be implemented
• Do the GAP (identify and resolve the gap) Analysis & documentation
• ERP Implementation and Support of modules across all departments
• Configuring Client Data into system as per client Requirement
• Training Clients with awareness on ERP System.
• Plan reporting and consolidation for group companies
• Master data verification, correction & validation
• Adjust business process where necessary to accommodate the ERP System
• Educate the users concerning best practices of working
• Data migration
• Testing of ERP
• Post Go Live Support and Handover
• Travel Onsite for Training and Implementation if required
• Post implementation support
• User Training /upgrades
• Communicate smartly with clients. Properly groomed at the time of client visit.

Points to be Noted

• Preference will be given to the candidates with prior experience in selling ERP in Real Estate or Infra Domain/Vertical.
• Please note the company is not going to provide any laptop. The employee need to work with their own system connected to the office environment through a VPN.
• Working hours 10 AM to 07 PM from Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.
