Job summary

Serosoft Solutions Pvt Ltd in Indore is seeking a seasoned Manager – Implementation/Project to oversee deployment of our educational ERP products, coordinating across client teams and internal groups to ensure smooth go-live and optimal system use. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in implementation, strong project management, and excellent client communication.

Travel as required and hands-on skills with MySQL, MS Excel, and project tooling will be essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of extensive experience in executing implementation processes.
• Strong proficiency in both technical and functional aspects of enterprise software implementations.
• Experience in roles such as Implementation Engineer or similar positions within the enterprise software domain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process requirements and analysis workshops with clients to define business, process, functional, and data element requirements.
• Manage project scope and perform client engagement activities.
• Consult and provide guidance on the best processes, project scheduling, and resource availability for successful implementations.
• Manage project schedules and deadlines, define Statements of Work (SOW), manage change control, and handle change requests.
• Conduct functional training for clients to facilitate effective ERP usage.
• Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, provide workarounds, and offer functional implementation guidance.
• Handle and monitor the team and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Perform data mapping and validation activities to support system configuration and data migration.
• Conduct prototype development for client-specific use-case scenarios.
• Efficiently handle and resolve client queries, offering functional guidance and practical workarounds when required.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues during and post-implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Education & Experience

• 10+ years of extensive experience in executing implementation processes.

• Experience in EdTech and ERP implementation will be an added advantage.

Skills

• Hands‑on expertise in IT platforms, particularly MySQL.
• Strong ability to collaborate across teams, groups, and organizations,with a keen ability to anticipate and analyze situations.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively conveyideas and information.
• Proven experience in client interaction and conducting training sessions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with a solid command of its functionalities.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
• Strong understanding of business processes with the ability to map themeffectively to ERP functionalities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools such asSmartSheet, MS Project, and Jira.
